Patient access to care in Missouri has been recorded as among the worst in the nation. Many years of volunteer medical service for public healthcare has given me the valuable insight necessary to find workable solutions. We need to relax the restrictions currently being promoted by legislators such as Dr. Bob Schaaf on APRNs of our state to ensure that the demand for quality medical care is not impeded. Doing so would allow more patients to receive quality care in an efficient and cost effective manner”.
